Summer art

It's time to start thinking about my show this September at the Little Relic's art Gallery in Sacramento.

I have some great new work ready to go but plenty of more ideas to work on. This owl is just about finished and might or might not make the show. I am concentrating on my owls, houses and swirly whimsical trees and houses. Lots of mixed media backgrounds and perhaps even some abstract mixed media.

OWLS!!!

Some fun OWLS I painted a while back...

Thought it was time to share them again ;)

Having new floors put in upstairs in my house this week.... Can't wait for the carpet to be gone...

My cat is not happy at all.... it's noisy and he is locked up in my studio...

My studio is filled with the furniture from the other rooms that are having the new floors...

I can't paint!!!!!!!!   

Hoping this will be a quick project but we all know that it always takes twice as long as originally planned...
