Spring is all around my neighborhood and I took this picture on my morning walk the other day...

Then I was super inspired to create some mixed media art...

These will make the my art show in September for sure...

Jeanette Carlstrom: Palo Alto, California, United States; I am a Swedish artist living in California and love to paint fun and whimsical folk art with a twist. Different cultures intrigues me and I am inspired by the tropics of Hawaii, Swedish and Mexican folk art and quilts from all over the world.
